Community Manager
I worked at Unmutable from August 2021 to July 2023 with ever-increasing responsibilities. I held the role of Community Manager from April 2022 on, where I managed the pre-launch campaigns and launch team communities for 35+ books.
For each of these pre-launch campaigns, I assisted authors and publishers by moving the book launch campaign through three steps: plan, build, and manage. I created and communicated a launch team plan and timeline customized to the client’s needs. Once we agreed upon a plan, I built a funnel, automated the recruitment process, and scheduled weekly emails to the teams. I managed the teams with weekly emails and daily support for the duration of the campaign (usually 8-12 weeks).
Through this position, I honed technical skills working with a variety of email platforms and website builders. I also had the opportunity to ensure our clients felt heard, cared for, and understood.
